Job Info:
- Assist in ensuring smooth office operations by ensuring adequate office supplies, equipment functionality, office maintenance, health & safety and etc.
- Assist in monitoring office tenancy agreement, service contract, subscription, insurance renewal, procurement and etc.
- Assist in business trip arrangement including flight booking, accommodation and etc.
- Provide general logistic support to visitors.
- Assist in liaising with various office suppliers / contractors.
- Assist in preparing Environmental reporting.
- Assist in arranging bank account opening and office facilities.
- Assist in liaising with candidates for interview arrangements.
- To act or perform any other assignments as necessary and required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Possesses analytical skill and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
