General Admin - MS Amlin

Job Info:

  • Assist in ensuring smooth office operations by ensuring adequate office supplies, equipment functionality, office maintenance, health & safety and etc.
  • Assist in monitoring office tenancy agreement, service contract, subscription, insurance renewal, procurement and etc.
  • Assist in business trip arrangement including flight booking, accommodation and etc.
  • Provide general logistic support to visitors.
  • Assist in liaising with various office suppliers / contractors.
  • Assist in preparing Environmental reporting.
  • Assist in arranging bank account opening and office facilities.
  • Assist in liaising with candidates for interview arrangements.
  • To act or perform any other assignments as necessary and required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma.
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Possesses analytical skill and positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
