• Effectively source and purchase materials / services in accordance to Aker Solution policy and procedures.
• To execute procurement activities as per below processes in accordance to Aker Solution policy and procedures.
• Coordinate bidding process including RFQ, technical and commercial evaluation.
• Conduct price negotiation.
• Procure according to budgets.
• PO issuance including signatory approval as per authority limit.
• Coordinate Kick-off within Aker Solution and to conduct a Pre-Production Meeting which involve supplier, Project Executions and Client.
• Material and Document progress follow-up and expediting; should also delegate to expeditor but under buyer. monitoring. Conduct supplier visit when required.
• Maintain delivery accuracy in SAP, and responsible to update Material Planner any delivery date changes.
• Monitor on-site inspection by QS.
• Ensure on time delivery of materials and document.
• Invoices approval for complete materials and document delivery.

Abilities And Knowledge:

• Good understanding on supply base for oil and gas industries preferable Subsea’s materials.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Good understanding of procurement basic principles such bidding processes and supplier management.
