Assistant Manager - Labuan Financial Services Authority
- Develop, recommend, implement and review targeted human capital management* strategies, policies, initiatives, practices and processes to support the LFSA’s human capital imperatives and strategic objectives.
- Act as human capital business partner, to implement and provide comprehensive advice on complete talent management to line departments and the LFSA’s subsidiaries.
- Academic Qualifications: Degree or professional qualifications in any discipline. Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management is an added advantage
- Experience: Minimum 5 years working experiences in Human Capital Management. Experience in designing in any field of human capital framework, policy and practices is an added advantage
