Admin Clerk

An Operations Admin Clerk is responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties, ensuring smooth business operations including to handle customer service, respond to customers' inquiries and concerns, and direct guests to appropriate departments. In addition to maintain safe working environment by adhering to the company’s safety regulations at all times.


  • Diploma in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum three years working experience in administrative roles or related field
  • Proficient with data entry, inventory software and systems also computer literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent organizational skill and detail oriented
  • Ability to meet task’s datelines
  • Knowledgeable about scheduled waste management as well as its law and regulations

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To prepare weighing report of the scheduled waste.
  • To update and liaise with the client regarding the consignment note of collection from the E-Swis system.
  • To be responsible of handling of completion/record the movement of Service Requisition (SR) form and submit to Operations Admin Executive/Operations Head for review before submit to the Sales & Marketing department.
  • To be responsible in handling client request/ queries regarding the scheduled wastes.
  • To updates and inputs route information into the computer system of scheduled waste and updates the inventory log.
  • To assist in general administrative documentation.
  • To be responsible in updating the monthly quality objective and other related report.
  • To compile all required report from all departments before submit to Admin Executive for submission to Department of Environment (DOE).
  • To keep track of company vehicles renewal licenses.
  • To assist in conducting of weekly housekeeping.
  • To work in accordance with the company policy and health safety policy, information, instruction and training provided.
  • To ensure that confidentiality is respected and maintained at all times.
  • To perform any other task as required.
